And, in fact one of the guys who quoted tried to do exactly that to her--showed one price and then tried to triple it. Her other quote was okay but she just had a gut feeling that Javier was the real deal--which he sure is! Javier came right out to the property himself, as the owner of the company he literally goes to each of his jobs to introduce himself. How many people do that these days? He followed up timely and delivered a fair quote that described--and priced-- the entire scope of work by line item. His team arrived right on time with a great attitude and completely prepared, and got right to work by securing and putting down tarp and thick coverings over all unaffected areas to ensure no soot or spilled paint. They worked efficiently and tirelessly and actually finished ahead of schedule.
